The founding members of MSP360 worked as solutions engineers across the second half of the 1990s and early 2000s. As engineers that ruffled through cord-jungle datacenters and unsophisticated software for many years, they know the pain, the routine, the cost, and the ineffectiveness of such an approach all too well. Having met each other through work and shared their ideas, they agreed there was no good reason to make the IT side of business complicated when it could be made simple.
